According to Interfax, the company is asking for the permission of the service to purchase the Russian division of Kellogg - the manufacturer of Pringles chips, cookies and breakfast cereals "Lyubyatovo" - from the United States. Back in late December, Kellogg announced that it would sell the Russian part of the Chernogolovka Group's business.
The group "Chernogolovka" includes LLC "PC "Aqualife", LLC "Global Snack", LLC "MNK", LLC "Confectionery company "Altai". It is managed by JSC "Aqualife Resource", 100% of which belongs to LLC "Management Technologies".
In mid-December last year, it became known that large Russian retailers had exhausted stocks of some of the most popular Pringles chips in the country. The products ended even in Magnit, the second most popular seller of daily demand. Import deliveries of these chips were suspended in the spring by the copyright holder Kellogg Europe Trading Limited.
