According to the publication Msket.ru the warning about the bombing made the townspeople pretty nervous.
"Having come to their senses, the Ufa residents assumed that the radio station had been hacked, since the alarm sounded only on one frequency", - the report says.
Meanwhile, the telegram channel "Base" notes that similar announcements were heard not only by Ufa residents, but also by residents of other Russian cities.
The signal was heard on the radio in Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Kazan, Novouralsk and Moscow region. Listeners believe that someone hacked the frequency of the radio stations "Comedy", "Humor FM" and "Autoradio".
Experts warn that it is possible to distinguish a real air alert from a fake one by several signs.
Firstly, if there is a real threat, the siren signal "Attention everyone!" will last up to 5 minutes. Secondly, following this, the danger announcement is made on all TV and radio channels simultaneously, and not on one selected frequency.
