The State Duma has given the Cabinet of Ministers the right to temporarily not disclose statistical data

"The decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation on updating (correcting) the federal plan of statistical work may establish the specifics of access to official statistical information, including in terms of temporary suspension of its provision and dissemination", - the document says.

It involves a temporary restriction of access to official statistics, and organizations in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions — to provide relevant data in paper form. The amendments provide for amendments to the Law on official statistical accounting. The document was submitted for consideration on February 17 and should enter into force from the date of official publication.
