The All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion: 78% of Russians found Vladimir Putin's message sincere

The All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM) has published the results of a study on the attitude of Russians to the message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly, announced on February 21.

According to VTsIOM, 78% of respondents believe that Putin was sincere and honest in his speech, another 9% are convinced of the dishonesty of the president, and 13% found it difficult to answer.

As follows from the results of the VTsIOM survey, for 82% of respondents, the entire speech of the president was interesting (52%) or most of it (30%). For 16%, the message was not interesting in full (7%) or partially (7%).

At the same time, for 33% of respondents, most of the issues raised in the speech were important, for 23% — only a part. For 3%, all the questions seemed insignificant.

45% of the President's speech made a completely positive impression, 36% — partially positive, 10% — "rather negative", 1% — "completely negative".

VTsIOM indicated that 129 people were interviewed for the study in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Volzhsky, Krasnodar, Ulyanovsk, Biysk, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Perm.
