Dmitry Medvedev is confident that even after Russia's victory in the special operation in Ukraine, the problems will not end.

The deputy head of the Russian Security Council wrote on the anniversary of the SMO in his tg channel that the special operation would certainly end with Moscow's victory.

"A year, as our servicemen restore order, peace and justice on our land, protect our people and destroy the roots of neo-Nazism", - Medvedev wrote, pointing to the heroism of Russian fighters, as well as the fact that ordinary Russians help the front, providing everything necessary.

He indicated that "victory will be achieved". The Russian territories will return to the Russian Federation again, and "our people who suffered during the years of genocide and shelling" will be reliably protected.

The negotiations will be difficult, because their formal participants "on the part of our opponent are one, and the actual leaders are completely different". But for the Kiev regime, a certain decision will be made overseas by those "in whose hands are the arms supplies to Kiev and the allocation of money to maintain the remains of the Ukrainian economy".

"Then, most likely, an equally difficult time will begin. Exhausting months and years of confrontation, tantrums and rudeness on the part of those who will manage the stub that will remain from Ukraine", - Medvedev predicted the future.

On the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council congratulated the Russian military, expressing gratitude to those who bravely and bravely fight on the front line, who bring victory closer with their work.
