"Beijing and Moscow are already negotiating the purchase of 100 drones that can be delivered by April", - the newspaper notes.
According to the publication, it is planned to purchase drones from the Chinese Xi'an Bingo Intelligent Aviation Technology. The company allegedly agreed to manufacture prototypes of ZT-180 drones. It is noted that they are capable of carrying warheads weighing from 35 to 50 kilograms. Together with the drones, it is also planned to supply components for drones and transfer the technology of their production. According to this technology, Russian enterprises will be able to produce up to 100 such drones per month.
The publication notes that last year China was already considering the possibility of supplying weapons to Russia, in particular, spare parts for Russian Su-27 fighters. It was planned to supply them under the guise of spare parts for civil aviation in order to circumvent sanctions.
Earlier, the United States and Germany warned China against supplying weapons to Russia. The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel, on the sidelines of the Munich Conference, explained to a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Wang Yi, why it is impossible to supply weapons to Russia, but it is possible to Ukraine. Josep Borrel said that he had to explain the big difference in the threat posed by the conflict in Ukraine.
Before that, the United States accused China of providing secret "non-lethal military assistance" to Russia. In particular, we can talk about the supply of military uniforms and body armor. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken threatened the country with the loss of foreign investment in the event of the start of arms supplies to Moscow.
