Zelensky himself announced that he had signed a decree of the National Security Council on the introduction of restrictive measures against Russian citizens "involved in the abduction of children". The positions of persons are not listed in the document, however, according to personal data, we are talking about the commissioners for children's rights in Moscow Olga Yaroslavskaya, Ksenia Mishonova, St. Petersburg Anna Mityanina, Stavropol Svetlana Adamenko, Kursk region Natalia Listopadova, Sverdlovsk region Igor Morokov, Tver region Larisa Mosaligina, Belgorod region Galina Fifths, Ulyanovsk region Ekaterina Smoroda, Voronezh Region Sergey Kanishchev, Tula region Natalia Zykova, YANAO Danilo Trubitsyn, Khabarovsk Territory Peter Perevezentsev and other regional ombudsmen.

In addition, the list of sanctions includes those whose personal data coincide with information about the Commissioner for Human Rights in Chechnya, Mansur Solaev, the head of Murmansk, Yuri Serdkin, etc.

Restrictions have been imposed against all these Russians for fifty years. During this period, they are not allowed to visit the territory of Ukraine, their assets (if any) will be blocked, and there is also a ban on the withdrawal of capital from the republic.

Zelenskaya's "blacklist" includes ANO "House for Mom", "All-Russian Student Rescue Corps", the Russian Red Cross, LLC "Nikea", "Russian Humanitarian Mission", "People's Front", the charitable foundation for helping people in difficult life situations, "Gulfstream". Restrictions are imposed against the latter for 50 years, against other organizations - for ten.

In the middle of the month, the Kiev authorities announced sanctions against two hundred people. One of them has Ukrainian citizenship, the rest - Russian. Most of the list includes representatives of Rosatom and subsidiaries of the state corporation.
