The criminal case against Glukhovsky* about fakes about the army went to court

According to the card of the Basmanny Court of the capital, the criminal case against the writer Dmitry Glukhovsky* was registered by the instance. He is accused under part 2 of Article 207.3 - about fakes about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

As it became known on February 23 of this year, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation approved an indictment against him. From March 10 to May 10, 2022, Glukhovsky* published posts and videos on the social network about the alleged deliberate shelling and bombing of residential buildings, schools and hospitals by servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during a special operation in Ukraine.

In June last year, he was put on the wanted list and arrested in absentia. In the same month, the Moscow Drama Theater named after M.N. Ermolova removed the play "Text" from the repertoire, the script of which was created based on the novel of the same name by the writer.
