The subjects of the Russian Federation will be able to provide additional support to the participants of the special operation and their families through the portal of Public services - Gosuslugi. According to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, due to the automation of all processes, the terms of providing support and benefits will be reduced.

The Prime Minister said this during a meeting of the coordinating council under the government to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of other troops, military formations and bodies. A video of the Prime Minister's statement was published by the press service of the Government of the Russian Federation.

The head of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that the government has already simplified the registration of the required benefits and delays for the participants of the special operation. In addition, many regions have introduced their own support measures for the families of military personnel participating in the SMO. As an example, Mishustin cited the right to register a child in kindergarten without waiting in line. The press service of the Government of the Russian Federation also recalled the support measures in force at the federal level, including deferral of taxes, fees and insurance premiums, exemption from penalties for late payment for housing and communal services, the possibility of extending the deadline for submitting tax returns.

"The resolution clarifies the procedure for electronic interaction between departments in this area. Now the subjects of the Russian Federation will be able to receive information about the mobilized who live in their territories and provide them and their loved ones with additional support measures, including through the portal of public services. It is important that due to the automation of all processes, the deadlines for their receipt will also be reduced", - Mishustin said.

Thus, citizens will not have to spend time on registration and provision of documents confirming their right to receive benefits and payments.
