"Previously, several people were captured in a shop in the village of Lyubechan", - the agency interlocutor said, adding that the identities and circumstances of the hostage—taking are being clarified.
According to Baza, according to preliminary data, a group of 50 armed men with yellow identification armbands entered the territory of the village of Sushany and took several local residents hostage — others were able to lock themselves in houses or escape.
"According to the "Base", at least a man, a woman and two children are being held hostage", - the source said in a statement.
Meanwhile, TASS sources in law enforcement agencies confirmed clashes with Ukrainian saboteurs in the Bryansk region. The presence of dead and wounded among local residents is noted.
"A group of Ukrainian saboteurs infiltrated two villages, taking local residents hostage in one of them. Rosgvardiya fighters clashed with militants", - representatives of law enforcement agencies told TASS.
As the "Base" notes, both villages where the saboteurs could presumably be located are on the border with Ukraine, and the distance between them is a little more than 20 km.
Shortly before that, the head of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported on the penetration of the DRG into the territory of the region, as well as a drone attack and mortar shelling of settlements. In particular, the DRG fired at a moving car in the village of Lyubechane in the Klimovsky district, as a result of which a local resident was killed and a child was injured. The village of Sushany in the same area was attacked by a drone, after which one of the residential buildings caught fire. The village of Lomakovka of the Starodubsky municipal district, according to the governor, was subjected to mortar fire.
