This is reported by Interfax with reference to the statement of the governor of the region Igor Rudeni.
"A meeting was promptly held in the Tver Region, instructions were given to strengthen security measures, especially at social facilities", - is said in the report.
The reason for strengthening security measures was the attack of a group of saboteurs on the village of Lyubechane in the Klimovsky district of the Bryansk region.
As a result of the shelling, two local residents were killed, and a ten-year-old child was injured.
Later it also became known about the injury of two border guards, they were diagnosed with shrapnel wounds that do not pose a threat to life.
On the fact of the saboteurs' attack, the security forces opened five criminal cases. The Kremlin called the incident a terrorist attack. Kiev denied its involvement in the incident and called the events in the Bryansk region a provocation.
