In Novosibirsk, unknown persons set fire to a collection point for humanitarian aid to the participants of the SMO

According to Kommersant, referring to the words of the head of the Department of public Relations and information of the administration of the Sovetsky district, Dina Vagina, unknown persons carried out the arson on the night of March 6. To do this, the attackers broke a window on the ground floor and threw a burnt rag into the room.

The alarm went off. Soon the PSC staff arrived at the scene. The security company said that the soldiers of the rapid response group who arrived found gorenje on the ground floor and broken glass. The employees of the PSC decided to get into the room and extinguish the fire, which they eventually did with the help of snow. In addition to the set on fire rags, the corner of the table has already started to burn in the room. Due to the elimination of the fire and minor damage, firefighters were not called.

A similar version was voiced by the head of the administration of the Sovetsky district of the city Dmitry Olennikov in an interview with TASS. He specified that the guards arrived at the scene within five minutes after the alarm was triggered. The attackers managed to escape.

Earlier, the Telegram channel Shot reported about the arson of the aid collection point for the participants of the special operation, which also published a photo from the room. According to public figures, this is not the first attempt to set fire to a resource center — a similar case occurred a week ago.
