Moskalkova told about the scale of the evacuation of refugees from Donbass and Ukraine to Russia

According to the Ombudsman, announced on The first Kyrgyz-Russian Women's Forum "Dialogue of Women of Kyrgyzstan and Russia in the name of the future", taking care of refugees from the LPR, DPR and Ukraine has become a new human rights movement in the Russian Federation.

"More than 5 million citizens have arrived in our country for security, fleeing from shelling and bombing from Ukraine", - Interfax quoted Moskalkova as saying.

Along with solving refugee problems, the Ombudsmen are busy helping the mobilized and their families.

Moskalkova added that work is also being carried out on the territory of the new regions of the Russian Federation, whose residents are helped by human rights defenders to solve social problems.
