The Kursk governor reported on the shelling of the Khomutovsky district

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces are shelling the border area in the Khomutovsky district right now. Power supply facilities were damaged, as a result of which the village of Iskra was de—energized", - Starovoit said on his Telegram channel.

The governor clarified that emergency crews will begin restoring power supply and emergency repairs as soon as the situation allows. At the moment, information about the victims has not been received.
