Aksyonov: Zelensky's Crimean apartment will be transferred into the ownership to low-income or large families

During a press conference organized by RIA Novosti, the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov told about the fate of the apartment of Vladimir Zelensky and his wife in Livadia.

"We just first seek to nationalize those objects that, we will say, bring income to the enemy. Therefore, taking into account the fact that Zelensky does not rent the apartment yet, maybe one of his relatives comes for the season, of course, I exaggerate. This is not an end in itself - to take away Zelensky's apartment. Our very goal is to defeat them, and we will win, it's without options", - the head of Crimea said.

Therefore, the apartment of the Ukrainian president and his wife will be transferred to low-income or large families.

At the end of last year, the authorities of the peninsula announced that they would continue to identify the property of foreign citizens that is subject to nationalization. On November 2, 2022, the Crimean parliament approved the nationalization of the property of Ukrainian oligarchs who are associated with the Kiev authorities. 130 objects were transferred to the ownership of the republic, including the Bakhchisarai plant "Stroyindustria", the shipbuilding plant "Gulf", the construction hypermarket "Novacenter" and a shopping complex.
