Russian hotels will be obliged to introduce free alcohol according to the "all inclusive" system

The new GOST (all-Union State Standard - editor's note) comes into force on June 30.

So, according to the new GOST, hoteliers, offering all-inclusive services, will be required to provide Russian-made alcoholic beverages in unlimited quantities at lunch and dinner. At the same time, the type of alcoholic beverages is also noted. Beer should be at least one type, wine — at least three types (dry / semi-sweet red / white), strong alcohol — at least two types and cocktails based on it. Soft drinks are provided in unlimited quantities throughout the day.

According to the "ultra all inclusive" system, unlimited champagne should also be presented in the hotel bars at breakfast for the five-star hotel categories. For all other hotels, the range of alcoholic beverages increases to five types. Alcoholic cocktails based on them should be at least seven types, the standard notes.

In addition, the standard specifies the requirements for the operation of bars. In particular, according to the "ultra all inclusive" system, at least one bar in the hotel should work around the clock.

The requirements for the kitchen are also specified. For example, cereals, muesli, breakfast cereals, pancakes, pancakes, casseroles, dairy products and egg dishes should be served for breakfast. For lunch and dinner — cold appetizers and from four to six main courses. In hotels under the "ultra all inclusive" system, meals for vegetarians should be provided, as well as dietary meals.

In addition, the new guest also prescribes requirements for hotel rooms, entertainment and sports events that are provided on its territory, children's services, spa services, as well as entertainment events in the pool and water park.
