All civil ultralight aircrafts are subject to mandatory registration, regardless of the place of their production. The law will come into force on September 1, 2023.

In addition, in the case of aviation incidents involving unregistered aircraft, their investigation becomes mandatory. Previously, this requirement applied only to those vessels that have a registration number.
