"Of the pensioners receiving a pension in cash, about 13% or 1.5 million people, according to their application, receive pensions through other organizations engaged in the delivery of pensions (105 organizations in 19 constituent entities of the Russian Federation)", - is said in the document (quoted by RIA Novosti).
The amendments provide for the preservation of the possibility to receive insurance pensions by non-cash through credit organizations, while cash payments and their delivery will be carried out only by federal postal organizations.
The law also stipulates the cancellation of the identification of individuals for postal transfers of up to 15 thousand rubles in specially stipulated cases, as well as the prohibition of the sale of state postage stamps below the nominal value, the necessary list of measures to complete the formation of the property complex of JSC "Russian Post".
The law comes into force from the date of its official publication. The only exception is the provisions concerning the delivery of pensions with organizations of the federal postal service, which will take effect from May 1, 2021.
