The incident happened in Lukhovitsy, Moscow region.
The state prosecutor on Wednesday requested 13 years in prison for a man who threw a Molotov cocktail into the military enlistment office building in Lukhovitsy near Moscow, RIA Novosti reports from the hall of the Second Western District Military Court.
"Finally appoint Butylin 13 years", - the prosecutor said.
He will have to spend two years in prison, and 11 in a high-security colony. The verdict will be announced on March 15.
