15% of the country's residents said that they get up in the morning in a bad, depressed mood. Only every third respondent wakes up in a good mood. The remaining 44% of respondents say that they wake up in a neutral mood: neither bad nor good, it follows from the survey data.
It is noteworthy that half of Russians who get up in a good mood in the morning said that they sleep soundly and do not wake up at night. Among those who sleep soundly at night, only 5% of the survey participants wake up in a bad mood.
Residents of the country who do not sleep well at night are five times more likely to wake up in a depressed mood, a study has shown.
Researchers have established the dependence of sound sleep on the satisfaction of Russians with their incomes. So, as the study showed, among those who are satisfied with their income, 61% of respondents said that they sleep soundly at night. Residents of the country, whose financial situation suits them, noted that they often wake up in a good mood.
A third of Russians believe in prophetic dreams. 29% of respondents periodically turn to dream books for their interpretation.
