Earlier, the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child under the President of Russia took the initiative to introduce a special status for children who were injured during the SMO. According to her, at the moment there are about 1 thousand such children. In this regard, she appealed to the head of state with a proposal to provide additional guarantees for such children and their families.
