In Sevastopol Bay, the movement of sea transport was suspended

The movement of boats and ferries in the Sevastopol Bay was stopped in the morning on March 28, the Directorate for the Development of the Road Transport Infrastructure of the City of Sevastopol confirmed.

"Dear passengers. Sea passenger transport does not carry out traffic", - the message says.

Buses will carry residents between parts of the city.

The reasons for the traffic stop are not called, but it is known that earlier, due to increased winds up to 20-25 meters per second, a storm warning was announced in Sevastopol and Crimea on March 27.

On March 22, in the morning, a drone attack was carried out in Sevastopol, which caused traffic to be suspended in the bay. The governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, reported on the successful repulse by the Black Sea Fleet of drone attacks, including surface-type ones. According to him, there were no casualties and damage to warships, but windows were broken in several buildings. Subsequently, traffic was restored on the same day.
