In the Rostov region, the military was accused of treason

The Southern District Military Court of Rostov-on-Don received a criminal case against Ilya Trachuk, a serviceman of the Rostov garrison, who was charged with high treason and illegally obtaining information constituting a state secret.

As TASS clarifies, Trachuk is accused under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Part 2 of Article 283.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The meeting will be held on April 10. Details of the criminal case are not disclosed. It is known that last year the military was twice prosecuted for gross disciplinary offenses.

It's worth reminding that in January, a Russian citizen was detained in the Bryansk region on suspicion of treason. A criminal case was opened against him under the article.
