77% of citizens are dissatisfied with their place of work

According to the platform 's research hh.ru and the Skypro online university, the results of which are cited by Forbes, 77% of Russians are dissatisfied with the companies they work for. 36% of respondents are ready to move to another sphere to fix it. 11% of respondents call both the position and the company ideal. 81% are sure that they will change their place of work before 2024. 66% are not satisfied with the salary level, 55% need more opportunities for growth, 34% are waiting for more interesting work tasks, 30% do not see the support of colleagues. 26% want to change not only the company, but also the field of activity.

79% of the respondents are not against mastering a new profession, 26% are even ready for a reduction, 31% want to work in another country.

Last year, the demand in Russian companies for specialists who have knowledge of the Chinese language increased by 70% compared to 2021 - organizations replaced 7,6 thousand vacancies where knowledge of the Chinese language was indicated in the requirements.
