The citizen posted an offensive post on his page in the social network.

As reported in the Federal bailiff service in the Perm Region, a resident of the regional center was fined 150 thousand rubles. He wrote an offensive phrase about Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Internet.

"The dissemination of information with a negative characterization of the personality of the President of Russia is qualified as petty hooliganism," the ministry said in a statement.

A linguistic examination was carried out, which showed that the author insulted "the honor and dignity of the head of state" and gave "an unjustified negative assessment of his personal qualities".

According to the Properm publication, the executive document was submitted for execution to the bailiffs department for the Dzerzhinsky district of Perm of the GUFSSP of Russia in the Perm Region. The debtor was notified of the initiation of enforcement proceedings and warned about the consequences of evading the payment of a fine. The citizen repaid the debt within the time limit established by law.

It is known that earlier he has repeatedly spoken in a similar way about the Russian leader. He was threatened with a fine of 200 thousand rubles or arrest for 15 days.

Earlier this week, a criminal case was opened against a Perm teacher who called a student a "traitor" and a "bastard." She faces a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
