The General Staff ruled out sending conscripts to the special operation zone

"Not a single conscript soldier will be sent to the zone of a special military operation", - said Rear Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky, a representative of the main organizational and mobilization directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, he indicated that there is no second wave of mobilization in the plans of the Ministry of Defense of the country. The Rear Admiral stressed that there are enough human resources to carry out a special operation, especially since the department has recently significantly increased the number of contractors.

On the eve of the head of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrey Kartapolov said that the Russians called up in the spring will not be sent to serve in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. He added that the new subjects will not be called up this spring.

It is planned to call 147 thousand people to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
