In a cafe on the University Embankment in St. Petersburg, where an explosion occurred, as a result of which war correpondent Vladlen Tatarsky was killed and 25 people were injured, the founder of the Wagner PMCS, Yevgeny Prigozhin, could have been. This was reported by political scientist Konstantin Dolgov in his telegram channel. 

"According to the information I have, there was a possibility that Yevgeny Prigozhin could have stopped by the meeting", - he said.

Recall that in St. Petersburg on the afternoon of April 2, an explosion occurred in a cafe on Vasilievsky Island, during a meeting with war correpondent Vladlen Tatarsky.

The journalist died on the spot. The Investigative Committee reports at least 25 victims. A criminal case has been opened under the article "Murder".
