Daria Trepova, suspected of murdering war-correspondent Tatarsky, was detained in St. Petersburg

The department clarified that Daria Trepova was detained on suspicion of involvement in the explosion in a St. Petersburg cafe. She was previously put on the wanted list.

"On suspicion of involvement in the explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg, employees of the Russian IC together with operational services detained Daria Trepova", - the report said.

Recall that the explosion occurred the day before in the cafe Street Food Bar No. 1 at the address Universitetskaya embankment, house 25. At this time, Vladlen Tatarsky's lecture on the profession of a war correspondent was held in the cafe. The lecture was organized by the discussion club "Cyber Front Z".

According to one of the main versions, the explosive device was hidden in a statuette that Trepova handed to the military commander. Tatarsky died on the spot. 32 people were injured, ten of them are in serious condition. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - "Murder committed in a generally dangerous way."
