The State Duma in the second and third readings adopted a bill on expanding the list of cases in which there is a possibility of exemption from criminal liability under a number of articles of the Criminal Code in case of compensation for damage. The amount of damage must be returned in full to the injured party, in addition, double the amount of damage will be transferred to the country's budget. The total amount of payments will be three times higher than the violator's income.
