Yekaterina Mizulina, director of the Safe Internet League, will appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office with a request to check comedians Alexander Dolgopolov and Garik Oganesyan. Earlier at the concert they made a parody of the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg, during which the war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky was killed.

"Disgusting "joke." Even from a universal point of view, such things are unacceptable. 40 people were injured in the attack, 25 are in hospitals, five of them in serious condition. Did they even think about their families? Is compassion, empathy even present? What's in their heads if they think it's funny? Or is it an endorsement of terrorism?", - she wrote on her Telegram channel.

Ekaterina Mizulina suggested that comedians in this case perform in the United States with a joke about the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001, during which the twin towers in New York were destroyed, almost three thousand people died. "I would see what would happen to them if they made such a stand-up about 9/11 in the USA," Ekaterina Mizulina noted.

She added that "the whole society should be outraged by the "joke" of comedians in solidarity with the relatives of the victims".

Earlier on Wednesday, April 5, State Duma deputy Yana Lantratova said that she had appealed to the Investigative Committee with a request to check the comedians.

"Humor on a human tragedy is a crime. People want cheap fame on blood. Society must react. It is in our power to make them understand that we do not need blasphemous humor," she wrote on her Telegram channel.

Comedians showed a scene with a terrorist attack at a concert in Berlin. As follows from the recording published online, the joke caused laughter in the auditorium.

Recall that the explosion in a St. Petersburg cafe occurred on April 2. A lecture by military commander Vladlen Tatarsky was held in this cafe. He died, 42 people were injured. Daria Trepova was detained on the initiated criminal case. She handed the military officer a statuette with explosives.

Earlier, the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) said that the explosion was organized by Ukrainian special services.
