Putin said that Western intelligence services are helping Kiev to organize terrorist attacks in Russia

The Russian president said this at a meeting of the Security Council.

"Neo-Nazis and their accomplices act not only on the territory of new subjects, but also commit crimes in other regions. There is every reason to assert that the potential of third countries — Western special services — is involved in the preparation of such sabotage and terrorist attacks", - the president said.

Vladimir Putin added that terrorist attacks on new territories are organized regularly. The targets of these terrorist attacks are government officials, law enforcement agencies, public figures, journalists, as well as teachers of schools and universities.

It's worth reminding that on March 2, an explosion occurred in a St. Petersburg cafe. During it, the military commander Vladlen Tatarsky died. Investigators have opened a criminal case under the article "terrorist attack". Daria Trepova was detained and arrested, who handed the military commander a statuette with explosives. Later, the National Anti-Terrorist Committee (NAC) said that the explosion was organized by the Ukrainian special services.
