A minor (minors) accompanied by adults is allowed to meet with suspects or accused persons held in a pre-trial detention center, as well as with persons sentenced to imprisonment.

The number of underage visitors is not limited, specified in the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. Clarification of the right of those detained in pre-trial detention centers or serving sentences in correctional colonies to meet with their children has become one of the main changes to the internal regulations of pre-trial detention centers, colonies and correctional centers.

It also establishes the possibility for all categories of suspects, accused, sentenced to imprisonment or forced labor "to carry glasses with plastic or glass lenses, fabric or plastic cases for glasses."

Suspects and accused persons can apply for the issuance (replacement) of a passport through the administration of the pre-trial detention center. Suspects, accused and convicted persons also have the right to apply to the head of the place of detention or the head of the correctional institution to certify their signature on the application for state registration of the termination of an individual's activity as an individual entrepreneur. Persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty are provided with the opportunity to get acquainted with the rules for recognizing a person as a disabled person, approved by the resolution "On recognizing a person as a disabled person".

At the end of last month, it became known that prisoners are not allowed to use personal radios. According to the decision of the Supreme Court, they can only listen to the radio together in a specially designated room.
