One of the interlocutors of the publication pointed out that monitoring the "emotional climate" in the federal authorities began in the spring of last year. Such a duty is assigned to the responsible deputy heads of 31 federal departments (mainly civil ones). According to a source close to the presidential administration, it is planned to expand the work by 25 departments. In addition, similar work will be carried out in the regions. Already, during the election campaigns, headquarters are working, which allow us to convey the "right signals" to people on the ground.
