Rock festival "Invasion" will be held in the Kaluga region after a three-year break

"The organizing Committee of the INVASION Festival is pleased to announce that in 2023 the Main Adventure of the Year will take place on August 4, 5 and 6 at a new venue in the Kaluga region! The largest music festival in Russia, which has been held for so long – for three whole years! "the most loyal fans of our music have been waiting for it, it will be held for the first time in the vicinity of the village of Mityaevo, Borovsky district, Kaluga Region", - the message on the Invasion website says.

The organizers promised to keep the format of the festival. According to them, the "Invasion" — 2023 will become a unique cultural phenomenon, where, in addition to music, theater, cinema, historical reconstructions and other spectacular events will be waiting for guests.

The organizers did not disclose the list of participants of the rock festival, but promised dozens of performances by dozens of famous musical groups, hundreds of young musicians from different regions of the country. As the head of the press service of the festival Oleg Tsurikov said in an interview with RBC, the list of participants will be published soon.

"We will announce the composition of the participants a little later. And we will definitely inform you", - Tsurikov promised.

In a message on the website, the organizers stated that all previously purchased tickets (from November 11, 2019 to June 30, 2021) will be valid for the "Invasion" — 2023. To use them, you need to register tickets in your personal account.

The rock festival "Invasion" has been held since 1999. In 2020 and 2021, the event was postponed due to the pandemic, and last spring, the organizers decided to postpone the festival to 2023. According to Kommersant, the last festival "Invasion" in 2019 was attended by about 200 thousand people.
