"One or more pesticides were found in trace amounts in flour of 7 TM. Thus, traces of pyrimiphos-methyl (insecticide) were found in flour of 3 TM, traces of chloroquate chloride (growth activator) were found in products of 6 TM", - the Roskachestvo research report says.
It is noted that during the study, the samples were tested for the content of toxic elements such as mercury, lead, arsenic, 397 pesticides, as well as mold and grain mordants.
"The results of laboratory tests confirmed that there was no excess of mandatory standards for any of these parameters. Mycotoxins, including aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin A, T-2-toxin, deoxynivalenol and zearalenone, have not been detected", - the experts stressed.
The researchers also stated that the potato flour disease remained in the past — no pathogen — potato bacillus - was detected in any of the samples. Experts noted an improvement in the situation compared to 2016, when a high concentration of the causative agent of potato disease was detected in some flour samples.
