The new rules for receiving conscription notices to the military enlistment office will affect not only conscripts, but also all military personnel in general. This was stated by the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrey Kartapolov.

"We are talking about all those who are liable for military service, that is, all citizens who are in reserve", - he said. His words are quoted by TASS.

The deputy explained that these rules will not apply to the mobilized residents of the country, since the servicemen have already been called up for service. The deputy also denied reports of a new wave of mobilization, noting that it is not, and is not planned.

It's worth reminding that the day before, a bill was submitted to the State Duma for consideration, which changes the rules for notifying conscripts. In particular, a new procedure is being introduced for notifying those liable for military service of the need to appear at the military enlistment office. The subpoenas will be sent by registered mail, as well as by electronic notification on the portal of "Public Services". After the information about this appeared on the "Public Services", the function of self-deleting the account disappeared.
