According to the human rights project "OVD-Info"* Alexey Moskalyov, who escaped from house arrest on the eve of sentencing in the case of "discrediting the army" and was detained in Belarus, was extradited to Russia. The Belarusian defender said that he tried to visit Moskalyov today in the pre-trial detention center in Zhodino.
Moskalev was detained in Belarus on March 30. Russian diplomats said a week later that Moskalyov was in jail in the city of Zhodino, awaiting extradition.
The father of his 13-year-old daughter, Moskalyov, was tried for publishing about the war on the Odnoklassniki social network, but he claimed that he had nothing to do with them.
His case was initiated last year after his daughter Masha drew an anti-war drawing at school. When Moskalyov was placed under house arrest, his daughter was sent to an orphanage. In April, it was announced that her mother had taken her away, before that the girl had lived with her father all her life.
