In Moscow, a participant in the attack on the Bryansk region was arrested in absentia

According to the decision of the Basmanny Court of Moscow, Alexey Ogurtsov, a participant in the attack on the Bryansk region, was arrested in absentia. RIA Novosti writes about this.

The text of the resolution states that Ogurtsov has been selected as a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months from the moment of his detention on the territory of the Russian Federation or extradition.

Earlier in April, the Basmanny Court also arrested the organizer of the terrorist attack Denis Kapustin, who is one of the leaders of the "Russian Volunteer Corps". According to the FSB, he, being a citizen of the Russian Federation, participates in hostilities on the side of the Ukrainian troops. Last summer, he organized an attempt to blow up a fuel and energy complex facility in the Volgograd region, and this year - an attack on the Bryansk region and a foiled attempt on the founder of the Tsargrad TV channel Konstantin Malofeev.
