The Ministry of digital development: Notification of a subpoena on Public services can be disabled

Users of the personal account on Public Services will receive notifications about the subpoenas issued to them, however, it is possible to disable this function, said the head of the Ministry of digital development of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadaev. Notifications about the application of restrictive measures to users will always come. According to the representative of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrey Kartapolov, the placement of the summons in the personal account of the military service will be considered its receipt.

On Tuesday, the State Duma adopted a law on the creation of a unified register of military service and the introduction of electronic summonses. In addition to the traditional method of delivering paper summonses personally for signature, two more methods will be added - the portal "Public Services" (Gosislugi) and multifunctional centers.

However, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that the initiative on the unified register of military service is not related to mobilization, but to the need to modernize military accounting. The decree on the creation of an information resource to improve the efficiency of military accounting was signed by President Vladimir Putin at the end of November.
