WP: Ukraine's counteroffensive was postponed due to bad weather and lack of ammunition

According to the American newspaper The Washington Post, the Ukrainian authorities postponed the counteroffensive due to weather conditions, lack of ammunition and slow delivery of military equipment.

"As the newspaper notes, this has increased fears of creating a hopeless situation in the conflict zone", - TASS notes.

Earlier, CNN reported that secret documents of American intelligence that got into the social network noted the problems of weapons in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and also predicted a "hopeless situation" in the coming months. According to the TV channel, the Ukrainian leadership had to reconsider military plans because of the leak. In early April, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken admitted that Ukraine's counteroffensive could begin in the coming weeks.
