He faces up to a year in prison.

Dmitry Kasintsev, who sheltered Daria Trepova, arrested on charges of terrorism, in his apartment, was sent under house arrest. He is suspected under the article on failure to report a crime.

The investigation found that Kasintsev was aware of Trepova's involvement in the explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg even before she was in his apartment on Fedor Abramov Street. Despite this, he let her go home and hid her without notifying law enforcement officers about it.

On April 6, Izvestia wrote that Kasintsev became a witness in the case of the explosion. He said that he allegedly did not know about the impending explosion, and he took Trepova in because of his good nature. At the same time, his mother stated that his son was familiar with Dmitry Rylov, Trepova's husband, but he did not know her herself.

According to the special services, the murder of military commander Vladlen Tatarsky as a result of a terrorist attack in a cafe was organized by a citizen of Ukraine Yuri Denisov. He, with the help of a transport company and an outsider, handed over explosives to Daria Trepova
