The Operational Center of the Murmansk Region announced the introduction of restrictions on the use of civilian unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the report, these restrictions are set to strengthen the protection of public order and public safety, as well as in accordance with the requirements of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
In accordance with the new rules, it is prohibited to use unmanned aerial vehicles with a maximum take-off weight of more than 150 grams without obtaining a special permit.
Earlier, a ban on drones was introduced in a number of Russian regions. So, restrictions on residents of the Penza region were affected in early March. However, UAVs are allowed to be used by state authorities, local governments and organizations subordinate to them.
At the same time, in the Khabarovsk Territory, they not only began to assemble their own drones - so far at the amateur level - but also to hold competitions to control them.
