The trade turnover between Russia and Azerbaijan has grown almost 1.7 times since the beginning of the year

According to the department, trade with Russia accounts for almost 9% of the total foreign trade turnover of the country in the first quarter. In terms of trade volumes, Russia ranks third among all countries.

Thus, according to the results of the first three months, Azerbaijan sent $ 260 million worth of products to Russia. The growth compared to last year was 68.2%. Russia accounts for 3.37% of the total exports from the country.

Imports of Russian products reached 796.3 million dollars, an increase of 67.2% compared to the first quarter of 2022. Russia ranks first in the ranking in terms of imports to this country.

According to the results of last year, the trade turnover between the countries exceeded $ 3.7 billion, having increased by 23.9% over the year.
