Earlier, the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation stated that the statement of the Slovak authorities on the transfer of MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine is an unfriendly act against Moscow:
"This is a gross violation by Bratislava of its obligations to re-export military equipment manufactured by the Russian Federation".
In the absence of the written consent of the second party, it is unacceptable to sell or transfer to third countries weapons and military equipment that were obtained as a result of military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and Slovakia. The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation called the goal of Bratislava "the destruction of bilateral relations".
