In the village of Trudovoye, located 33 km from Vladivostok, there was a conflict between summer residents. One of the participants in the dispute decided to use a weighty argument — a homemade flamethrower (VIDEO). After that, he wounded the head of the garden association by shooting her in the neck with a spearfishing rifle.
