Such heat waves will be recorded in the Magadan and Amur regions, the Khabarovsk Territory, Yakutia and Kamchatka.

This was stated by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand, quoted by TASS.

From June 28 to July 3, the Magadan region expects hot weather, with temperatures exceeding the norm by 6-11 degrees. The temperature will range from 28 to 35 degrees.

In Yakutia, it is expected to reach 33-35 degrees. Khabarovsk Krai will also face abnormal heat, where temperatures are expected to be plus 31-32 degrees, as well as in the Amur Region (plus 31-32 degrees) and on Kamchatka (up to 27-28 degrees).

An abnormal heat wave is characterized by several days in a row when the temperature in the region significantly exceeds the climatic norm. Vilfand also promised an improvement in the weather in the Moscow region in early July.

Earlier, experts predicted what kind of summer Muscovites should expect in 2023. Recall that due to the cold cyclone that came from the Western European territory, June in the capital began with an abnormal cooling. The temperature in the region dropped to minimum values at night — only 5-7 degrees
