The military began to receive uniform created for the Special Military Operation

The Ministry of Defense has published a video showing the issuance of new all-season sets of field uniforms to Russian servicemen participating in a special military operation.

«In the next few days, this process will be completed, the personnel of the group will be fully dressed in these items of military uniforms, which will improve the quality of performing direct duties on the line of contact and bring our inevitable victory closer, » said the head of the clothing service of the Western Military District, known by the call sign «Engels».

The new kits are made of modern combined materials that protect vulnerable areas of the body, including joints, and prevent overheating or hypothermia of military personnel. The kit includes a jacket, trousers, combat shirt, as well as a windproof and moisture-proof suit.

In addition, the fighters received new specially designed boots to participate in the special operation. The shoes have a nubuck surface with side mesh inserts, an orthopedic insole and a membrane that prevents sweating of the feet.

Some units have already started performing tasks in new clothes. For example, the calculations of 152-millimeter guns «Hyacinth-B» have already received their new kits.

Recall that in February, the Ministry of Defense announced the development of a «new generation uniform» for the participants of the special operation. They promised not to change the appearance, but to improve the quality of fabrics, as well as the quality of insulation and seams.
