The authorities promised 1 million rubles to the families of people who were killed in the explosion in Makhachkala

Families of those who died as a result of an explosion at a gas station in Makhachkala, will receive compensation in the amount of 1 million rubles for each family, promised the head of the region Sergey Melikov at a meeting of the operational headquarters.

The tragedy happened on August 14, when a car service on the outskirts of Makhachkala caught fire in the evening. The fire spread to a nearby gas station, which triggered an explosion. The fire area was 500 square meters, the fire was localized on 600 square meters.

Families of victims with severe injuries from the budget of the republic will be allocated 400 thousand rubles, and those who received minor injuries will be provided with 200 thousand rubles.
