In Sochi, ten teenagers were poisoned with chlorine in the pool

In the sanatorium «Aurora» of the Lazarevsky district of Sochi, ten teenagers were poisoned by chlorine vapor in the pool, the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory reported. The competent authorities have already begun to check this incident.

Teenagers, having visited the pool, felt suffocation and general malaise, they were hospitalized in a state of moderate severity. Doctors revealed poisoning by chlorine vapor. At the moment, the condition of the victims is not dangerous, as reported in the prosecutor's office. The supervisory authority has launched an investigation into the incident. Rospotrebnadzor specialists took water samples for further analysis. In addition, an assessment of the actions of the management staff of the sanatorium will be carried out.

It is clarified that an ambulance took ten people from a group of athletes who arrived from Moscow to the hospital. In total, 14 children and seven coaches arrived at Aurora from the capital.

On the eve it became known that in Vladimir 17 people were poisoned by shawarma — in total they visited three points for the preparation of this fast food.
