The video footage shows how people, carried away by gusts of wind, try to grab onto heavy structures, but this does not help: the hurricane demolishes everything in its path. Trolleys and torn-down road barriers are flying around the streets.

Heavy rains are falling in the city, cars are drowning in streams of water.

As RIA Novosti notes, due to the storm, full-time classes in schools, colleges and universities of the kingdom have been canceled. All students were temporarily transferred to the distance for security reasons.
